On the official forum of the game sometimes you can meet a request to make this mod to independently set focus on a goal, which at the moment was zeroed. Perfectly rational idea: it's a good trick in World of Tanks 0.9.16 often can decide the outcome of the battle, even if your team were in the minority. And by default, the command "requesting fire" is scheduled for English press T (try to quickly find it on the keyboard during a firefight with the enemy), and battle menu to access long.
The mod works is simple: you point the scope at the target and it automatically sends the message in chat "requesting fire" and adds the token to the focus target marker over the enemy. Perhaps the allies will support you, and you quickly destroy the enemy.

Setting:

Mod automatically sends a message when you hover over the goals, this mode is turned on and off using CTRL + V

The Message is sent to hot pressing Spacebar (by default) key you can configure in the config, for example, if the space you are assigned a fire extinguisher.
